Aldora Babcock was born 1904 in Waverly. She earned an Economics degree at the University of California, Berkley. She eventually moved back to Waverly to be with her widowed mother. In 1928, she and her mother moved to Hawaii. Later, they returned to Waverly. In 1937, her mother died, but Aldora continued to live in the family home. In 1998, She died in Waverly.
