With the Fortner Hotel due to be demolished an auction of hotel items was held. Bob Benck, seated, and Arlo Baker got together in the lobby of the hotel before the auction started. The bowling game, on which Arlo is leaning,,,,,,, went on the block along with the old rocker in which Bob is sitting. WD; 20 April 1955.
