Miller Hatchery moved several times it at 311 W. Bremer at the time of this photo. They sold the building in 1963 to Waverly Newspapers. Waverly Laundry was owned by Clancy Moffet. Mrs. Moffet stands at the doorway. It too was eventually sold to the newspaper which incorporated it into their office which is listed at 311 W. Bremer.
