Waverly Newspaper. The two western section of the Community Building (so called because it was built by subscription). The front nearest the river was the site of the Post Office when the building first opened in 1926. Kaiser Furniture later expanded to include both fronts. Eventually the theater took over the left front and the riverside front became a cafe.
