Waverly Newspaper. This building was built about 1913 and was a classic design. Peoples Home Auto Co. was the first occupant. Over the years it housed the Ford dealership, a roller rink (upstairs), a soda pop factory, and the Vriezelaar chevy garage. The building was located on W. Bremer between 2nd and 3rd streets N and was razed in 1971 to make way for Fareway grocery..
