Dillavou Oil Co. auto service station. Looking north of W. Bremer at 6th St. Herbert Dillavou opened in 1945. His son Darrel came on board later and retired in 1974, although he still showed up often. Then came Randy Dillavou. In the 1950s it switched to a Mobile Station. As of Jan. 2026 the building remains in the Dillavou family although gas pumps no longer are out front. It is home to Dillavou Oil Co. and provides propane, farm fuels, diesel and LP gas to the Waverly area. Accurate date of the car could come closer to the true date of the photo.
