There are several photos of this block that appear to have been taken at or near the same time. The closest date for them seems to be about 1965. Doug Williams shoe opened in 1951, and received a new front in 1963. Iverson Music located here from 1964 to 1967. Sears moved several times during the 1960s. Here it is in the former Bremer Theater. Ethel Menzel, owner of the Mode O'Day was the focus of an article in the Waverly Democrat; May 13, 1964.
