Waverly Newspaper. This building on W. Bremer, just east of 4th street, was built as a garage. It later housed the A & P grocery store. Because the sign on the window, it appears that the building was already occupied, and so the workmen must be remodeling the front. The original front was probably cement block to match the other walls.
